On December 4th, 1906 in Ithaca, New York seven brave men stood together and founded the first black intercollegiate fraternity,
Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Incorporated. We are proud to continue this strong legacy here with the Kappa Chi Lambda Chapter, and boldly serve the Waukegan and Northern Chicagoland area.
